Cooking Tips

I used pork leg meat, which has relatively more lean meat, but you can also use pork belly! If you like potatoes, you can add two! If you don't have cilantro, you can substitute with green onions! I prefer the meat to be very tender, so I cooked it for 25 minutes. If you don't like it too soft, cook for 20 minutes!
