Pork Belly250g
Rock Sugar1 piece
Scallion2 stalks
Ginger5 slices

Wash the pork belly and cut it into pieces of this size.

Wash the tofu knots clean as well.

Prepare scallions, garlic, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, rock sugar, etc. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili peppers.

Drain the water.

Heat oil in a wok; don't use too much oil, as pork belly contains its own fat.

Add rock sugar. Once it melts, add minced garlic and ginger to release their aroma, then add the pork belly.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Add water, ensuring it at least covers the pork belly.

Once it boils, reduce to low heat.

When the sauce is almost reduced, use a spatula to check the tenderness of the pork. If it's tender enough, add the tofu knots and stir-fry.
