Lazy 🍎 Apple Pie/Durian Puff/Red Bean Puff (Using Tart Crust)

A lazy version of apple pie that quickly uses up apples 🍎. The tart crust is creamy and crispy, with a sweet and sour filling. Personally, I think tart crusts, being puff pastry, are a bit high in calories. However, they are very fragrant and delicious 😍, so it's fine to indulge occasionally. Fillings: red bean paste, sweetened red beans, 🍍pineapple filling (prepared the same way as apple filling). No-cook fillings: durian, mango, 🍌banana, etc.—just dice them and place directly into the tart crust. The following recipe makes 9 pieces: Step 1: Prepare the 🍎apple filling and let it cool completely. Step 2: Remove the silver foil liners from the tart crusts after taking them out of the fridge, let them thaw for 10 minutes, and you're ready to wrap the filling. ⚠️ Oven temperatures may vary. For beginners, observe closely in the last 5 minutes; turn off the oven when the tart crusts puff and turn golden. If not golden enough, bake a few minutes longer. Leakage analysis: Due to the water content in the filling, the crust base may be thin and can leak during high-temperature baking. This may affect appearance but not the delightful taste, haha 😄.

Cooking Tips

1. Remove the silver foil liners from tart crusts as soon as they come out of the freezer for the best results. 2. I cooked the apple filling over medium-low heat; make sure the filling is completely cool before wrapping. 3. You can use either butter or corn oil, and other types of starch can also be used for thickening.
