Suddenly craved braised pork late at night, so I immediately ordered pork belly from Walmart. It was my first time making a dish that requires such long simmering in the dorm, and the result was unexpectedly successful.

Pork belly600g
Soy sauce6 tablespoons
Brown sugar30g
Cooking wine4 tablespoons
Garlic1 bulb
Ginger slices5 slices
Oyster sauce3 tablespoons

Blanch the pork belly in cold water, adding cooking wine and ginger slices.
