Mix the corn oil and milk together.
When separating the eggs, put the yolks into the bowl with the oil and milk.
Add the 50 g sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form.
Use an electric mixer to beat the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
Sift in the glutinous rice flour.
Mix until smooth and even.
Add one third of the meringue to the yolk batter and gently fold to combine.
Pour the combined batter back into the bowl with the remaining meringue.
Fold gently until the batter is evenly mixed.
Pour the batter into a 12-cavity mold and tap it firmly on the counter a few times to release air bubbles.
Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake at 130 b0C with top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.
Once evenly browned, remove from the oven.
